Growing cucumbers⠀

The aim of the Silk Road International School is to develop in students the highest standard in all aspects of life – intellectual, cultural, athletic and behavioral. ⠀

Students of Primary school together with their teachers conducted a project in honor of spring field works. Students planted the cucumbers at the end of February and have been taken care of them since then. ⠀

The aim of this activity was to help students develop life skills and become aware of the efforts that are put into growing vegetables. It is important to teach children to see the beauty in the hard work of rural workers and develop a sense of deep respect and gratitude for people of agricultural labour. ⠀

As you can see, kids are very proud of what they have grown so far, some even decided to start a little garden
